Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Unity Technical Artist to work with an innovative entertainment company in the heart of London. You will be creating immersive experiences and mixed-reality features.
The Role: (day to day responsibilities for the role)
- Work with the creative and coding teams to find solution to optimisation, workflow and pipeline problems
- Working with artists on the functionality of assets in engine
- Researching and establishing new optimisation and art production approaches
- Creating scripts and tools to the creative and coding teams
- Creating 3D/2D assets
- Creating and supporting vfx, shaders, particles and procedural art solutions
- Collaborating on GUI and interactions implementation
The Candidate:
- Able to create shaders for real-time rendering
- Good knowledge of PBR lighting models
- Experience with Unity’s UGUI, Animation, and Particle Systems
- Experience with AR and VR creation
- Excellent scripting skills using C# (C++, Python and MEL desirable)
- Experience creating 2D and 3D visualisation and animation assets
- Experience with pipeline management and engine integration
